Redevelopment works of the Lambrate railway yard, a site consisting of a 70.000 square meters area  external to  the railway belt that separates it from the adjacent university district of Città Studi, between the historic districts of Lambrate to the north and Ortica to the south. The convertion  project will include   a sustainable neighborhood with affordable residential housing, significant public spaces, green areas and neighborhood services for 60% of the entire surface.
