Redevelopment works on the property located in via Cristoforo Colombo 80 in Rome which houses the PWC Rome headquarters. The modernist building designed in the 1960s by architect Giulio Sterbini, known as the former Palazzo del Credito Fondiario Fonspa, was conceived with cutting-edge solutions in the design of next-generation working environments.
Services performed: Plant (mechanical, electrical and special) and structure design, Plants and systems site management, HSE coordination in the design and execution phases.
