In these activities, Alcotec also deals with supporting financial investors or real estate developers by carrying out feasibility studies for the enhancement of real estate assets.
Furthermore, Alcotec uses its analysis and planning skills in the Design field supporting the client with Value Engineering, a multidisciplinary organization and design analysis model aimed at examining all the cost components of a new building system to determine if any of them can be reduced, replaced or implemented.
